Registration & Tuition Policy

1. Enrollment Confirmation

Enrollment is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed through our online checkout system. Spaces are limited and secured on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Tuition & Payment

All tuition must be paid in full at the time of registration.
Your payment secures your child’s seat for the full duration of the program.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All tuition payments are non-refundable.

Because class size is limited and preparation begins immediately after registration, we are unable to offer refunds for:

• Change of schedule

• Change of mind

• Missed classes

• Partial attendance

• Illness or personal circumstances

Please ensure your child is available for all scheduled dates before completing registration.

4. Attendance Responsibility

By registering, parents confirm that the student is able to attend all scheduled class dates and times.

Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited.

5. Program Changes

In the unlikely event that Legacy Piano Education System™ must cancel or reschedule a session due to instructor emergency or unavoidable circumstances, an appropriate makeup session or credit will be provided.

6. Agreement

By completing checkout and selecting the agreement checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Registration & Tuition Policy.
